1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using an AI Intellects website, product, or service, you agree to these Terms of Service and any order form, subscription plan, or product-specific terms that apply. If you use a service for an organisation, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organisation.
2. Accounts and Access
You must provide accurate account information, keep credentials confidential, and promptly notify us of suspected unauthorised access. You are responsible for activity under your account and for ensuring that authorised users follow these terms.
3. Subscriptions, Fees, and Taxes
Paid services are billed according to the applicable plan or order form. Unless stated otherwise, fees are quoted exclusive of applicable taxes and are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly agreed in writing. We will provide reasonable notice of material pricing changes affecting a renewal.
4. Acceptable Use
You may not use our services to:
- Break the law, infringe intellectual property, or violate another person’s rights.
- Introduce malware, probe systems without permission, or bypass security controls.
- Disrupt service availability or use automated means that create unreasonable load.
- Upload unlawful content or use outputs to facilitate fraud, abuse, or harmful activity.
- Reverse engineer or resell a service except where a written agreement permits it.
5. Customer Data and Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of data and content you submit. You grant AI Intellects the limited rights necessary to host, process, transmit, and display that data to provide and support the services.
AI Intellects and its licensors retain ownership of the services, software, designs, documentation, trademarks, and related intellectual property. Feedback may be used to improve our services without obligation to you.
6. Availability and Third-Party Services
We work to keep our services reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Features may change as products improve. Integrations and third-party services are governed by their own terms, and AI Intellects is not responsible for systems outside our control.
7. Disclaimers and Liability
To the extent permitted by law, services are provided on an ‘as available’ basis without implied warranties. Neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses. Any aggregate liability will be limited as stated in the applicable order form or, if none applies, to fees paid for the affected service during the preceding twelve months.
8. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend access when reasonably necessary to address a security risk, non-payment, unlawful use, or a material breach. Either party may terminate as permitted by its order form or applicable law. Provisions intended to survive termination, including payment, ownership, and liability terms, will remain effective.
9. Governing Law and Contact
