Security

The principles and safeguards used to protect AI Intellects services and customer data.

Last updated: 6 August 2026

Security by Design

Our security programme is designed to manage risk throughout product development and service operations. Controls vary by product, subscription, and deployment model, and we continuously improve them as our technology and threat landscape evolve.

Protective Controls

  • Role-based access and least-privilege practices for systems and customer environments.
  • Encryption in transit using current transport-security protocols and appropriate protection for stored data.
  • Secure development practices, code review, dependency management, and controlled releases.
  • Logging, monitoring, backup, and recovery processes appropriate to each service.
  • Employee confidentiality obligations and security awareness measures.

Infrastructure and Service Providers

We select infrastructure and service providers based on operational and security requirements. Access to production systems is limited to authorised personnel and providers with a legitimate need. Specific hosting locations and subprocessors may depend on the product and customer agreement.

Incident Response

We maintain processes to investigate suspected security events, contain identified threats, restore affected operations, and notify customers or authorities when required by applicable law or contract.

Customer Responsibilities

  • Use strong, unique credentials and enable available authentication safeguards.
  • Grant access only to authorised users and review permissions periodically.
  • Keep connected devices and integrations supported and patched.
  • Avoid submitting prohibited or unnecessary sensitive information.
  • Report suspected account compromise promptly.

Report a Vulnerability

If you believe you have found a vulnerability, email connect@ai-intellects.in with a clear description, affected URL or product, reproduction steps, and potential impact. Please avoid accessing, changing, or downloading data that does not belong to you, and allow us a reasonable opportunity to investigate before public disclosure.
